Kansas City Medicine Partners - Overland Park, KS

Full-timeEstimated: $74,000 - $100,000 a year

Kansas City Medicine Partners Overview

Revolutionizing the geriatric care experience, Kansas City Medicine Partners (“KCMP” or “Company”) provides services primarily to patients in post-acute care facilities, including skilled nursing facilities and assisted / independent living communities as well as in hospitals. This model allows KCMP to provide not only a consistently high-quality patient experience but also continuity of care by offering more frequent visits and 24/7 “concierge” availability for urgent care needs.

The Company focuses on three strategic pillars: care, continuity, and collaboration. While today KCMP solely provides physician services to facilities, KCMP’s long-term vision is to build the leading regional medical group focused on managing complex populations in post-acute and home-based settings. This will encompass building a multi-disciplinary care team, geographic expansion, vertical integration, and contracting for risk. Lorient Capital recently partnered with Kansas City Medicine Partners, as they shared this vision to transform the business into a leading provider of complex care management to high-risk populations. Lorient is focused exclusively on private investments in the healthcare services sector and has direct experience in this space.
