Job Summary:
The Warehouse Returns Processor and Shipping Assistant will play a crucial role in our operations. This position is responsible for handling the return of goods, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently, and assisting with shipping duties to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Returns Processing:
- Receive and inspect returned items for damage or defects.
- Verify and document the condition of returned items.
- Process returns in the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with customer service and other departments to resolve return issues.
- Prepare returned items for restocking or disposal as appropriate.
Shipping Assistance:
- Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Verify shipping labels and documentation for accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
General Warehouse Duties:
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of returns and shipments.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
