Our Marketing Sales Coordinators are responsible for:
Delivering a dynamic initial customer experience, working with one customer at a time. You must demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity and exceptional selling skills. You are responsible for the first step in the sales cycle, which is scheduling the patient. Ensuring that you have scheduled the patient for the right service and that the guest is actually a candidate for the service.
Our ideal candidate also understands how to be a team player, welcomes feedback and wants to keep growing. To accomplish this you will enlist the following skills:
The accurate and efficient utilization of CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) and scheduling software.
Reaching out to prospective patients via phone, email and text to answer questions and schedule consultations for Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Services (Dermal Fillers, Botox and or Dysport, Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Fraxel etc...)
In-House Marketing campaigns to re-engage current patients or convert consultations
Minimum 1 solid year of experience working in a medical office environment. We will also consider someone who has worked 2 years in any professional office environment. If you have experience working in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or Aesthetics this a plus, but we are really looking for people who are motivated, want to excel in their careers and are ready for a challenge.
Must be computer literate ( Microsoft Office) and willing to learn new programs. If you have Orchid or other electronic scheduling programs or CRM experience a plus.
Must be very comfortable making outbound phone calls to potential patients (no cold calling.
Enjoy working within a team and autonomously. Work together and often independently to get the job done.
Articulate, ability to convey ideas, protocols, procedures as well as other information.
