Experian is looking for a seasoned Contract Technical Recruiter with an established network in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market. You will be a part of our Global Identity and Fraud organization, where we are developing products to protect identities online and to create fraud solutions. It’s noble work that you can feel good about. This position will be at least six months in duration, with the possibility of going full-time.
You’ll be working in our Scottsdale office, with a beautiful view of North Scottsdale and the surrounding mountains. We order lunch in every Monday and always have cold brew coffee on tap, along with a variety of beverages and snacks. You can relieve stress or have some team building fun with pool, ping pong and foosball tables.
A day in the life:
As far as recruiting, you’ll be doing all the things: sourcing, screening, submitting, scheduling interviews and extending offers, all while providing a top-notch candidate experience. You’ll be sitting onsite with your hiring managers, and they proudly wear their recruiting hats and aim to hire the very best candidates. If you have new ideas to bring to the table regarding the process or new sourcing methods, even better.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
Your ideal background:
5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment, and you must be able to work both sides of the desk. You have two sets of clients. Your candidates and your hiring managers.
Experience hiring for Engineers with the following experience – Java, Cloud/AWS, Docker, Cassandra, Kubernetes/Open Shift, UX/UI, QA.
Super sleuthing expertise in sourcing passive candidates utilizing sites like LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow, Google, etc.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, Taleo is preferred.
