Overview The e-Commerce Specialist will manage the production and execution of coupons and merchandising marketing content. The e-Commerce Specialist will manage daily content briefs, project schedules, and will act as liaison with internal team members while projects are inflight. The e-Commerce Specialist will be accountable for day-to-day testing of website merchandising content, as well as managing master coupon list, setting up, scheduling and testing coupons and act as subject matter expert for system coupon capabilities.

  • Manages merchandising content briefs as it relates to, provide links, imagery and curate pages as needed
  • Partners with Site Content Manager to develop content calendar as it relates to merchandising content (landing pages, navigation, special projects, homepage, etc.)
  • Follows department workflow to ensure all content is reviewed and approved by proper stakeholders prior to going live
  • Checks pricing for all content to ensure accuracy on
  • Performs daily website audit of content scheduled for each day
  • Implements daily coupons through commerce platform
  • Troubleshoots website issues as related to coupons and general content
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of system capabilities, including new technology
  • Boosts and buries merchandise as it relates to marketing and promotional opportunities
  • Manages product recommendations through Adobe tools
  • Monitors customer reviews and creates reports for internal partners for actionable insights
  • Partners with Business Analyst on ad hoc reporting as it pertains to merchandising content on
  • Collaborates with other departments including the Creative and Marketing teams
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Design or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior work experience on an e-commerce website
  • Hands-on experience using Retail Management Platform or similar, html, Photoshop (or similar) preferred
  • Highly process-oriented with skills in operational processes, project management, and prioritization
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Extremely organized and highly collaborative
  • Responds well to time critical requests
  • Ability to work in a nimble and challenging retail environment
  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
