Our Recycling plant is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for the Friendly, WV plant location.
Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

Purpose of the role
Responsible for managing assigned accounts and reporting of those commercial accounts, along with reporting and accuracy for month-end close. The role supports internal and external accounts. Support for the Friendly Plant Manufacturing and Commercial Administration Teams. It is also responsible for daily production reporting and inventory.
Responsible for all commercial service communication and inventory management as it relates to assigned site location and or customer accounts
Serves as a focal point of communication with customers or vendors to address questions and responds to special requests
Process and monitor contracts, including managing the quality and accuracy of the contract receipt to cash. This includes but is not limited to timely order fulfillment to customer specification, managing shipping releases for on-time delivery, accurate contract pricing and invoicing
Responsible for all production reporting and inventory accuracy.
Responsible for the creation and quality of all month end reporting requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business related field or equivalent work experience.
Manufacturing or commercial systems analysis or administration experience required.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
Experience developing project plans and managing to timelines.
Some travel may be required.
Experience in Computer Information Systems preferred.
Knowledge of Oracle or SAP.
Sales and Operations background preferred.
Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing and sales processes.
Experience with lean sigma or other process improvement tools and techniques a plus.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and work prioritization skills.
Goal oriented, ethical, and challenge driven.
Proven ability to function successfully with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to champion and lead change.
Proven ability to lead others in a team setting, providing necessary coaching and counseling when necessary.
Ability to communicate at all levels of the business, develop and present findings and make recommendations in small and large group settings.
Must have proven skills of multitasking and achieving deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to influence and work with all levels of employees.
Very strong mathematical and analytical skills required.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.
