As a Direct Response Fundraising Coordinator with Next Generation Fundraising, you will be working in a team to aid mission driven non-profit clients convey their message and engage thousands of passionate supporters.

Direct Response Fundraising Coordinator:

  • Project Manager for 5-7 non-profit accounts; supports the Account Manager to ensure each milestone in the timeline is successfully met from conception to delivery
  • Coordinates and participates in meetings with the Account Manager and clients to capture aspects of planning, strategizing, and implementation details of each campaign; records information about creative, budgets, printing timelines, mailing dates, participants, etc.
  • Works with Creative and Production Team to map out details of execution, timelines, print production schedule and check-in points
  • Provides superior client service by being attentive, responsive to clients’ requests; initiates appropriate actions and production changes, as needed
  • Monitors project progress in coordination with the clients, production, implementation, and data processing teams
  • Ensures the projects are on track by communicating and monitoring progress of all participants; communicates and confirms production schedules/schedule adjustments or changes with clients, Account Manager and internal departments promptly
  • Anticipates problems and proactively manages the details
  • Initiates change management processes when requested by clients or, as changes and updates are issued internally; monitors changes through to completion

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of success in account coordination/customer-client service experience
  • Excellent organization and project management skills; outstanding attention to detail and quality
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks and to work well under pressure
  • Flexible, team player who genuinely enjoys working with a diverse range of people, enjoys a fast-paced environment and also works well independently
  • Proficiency in CRM; Smart Sheet, a plus
  • Strong proficiency is MS Office Suite; understanding databases
  • Keen analytic skills and demonstrated resourcefulness in problem solving
  • Sense of humor
