Salary:
- $$31.97 (Base Hourly Rate commensurate with education/experience)
- $9,088.60 (Health Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision; average portion paid by the hospital for employee only plan; actual amount will depend on dependents & other plan based considerations)

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assessing and documenting patient’s physical, psychological and social status.
- Establishing and documenting the appropriate plan of care based on assessments, nursing diagnosis and standards of care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- Implementing and coordinating the patient plan of care in a safe and organized manner.
- Providing ongoing evaluation of the patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes.
- Collaborating with the patient, family and others deemed appropriate in providing for continuity of patient care.
- Recognizing potential problems or crises and exercising appropriate nursing judgment and problem solving in a timely manner.
- Utilizing assessment data to develop nursing diagnosis and identify problems.
- Conducting lab services as directed.
- Conducting competent completion of any waived testing (i.e., rapid urine screens, COVID testing).
- Ensuring youth are provided with a comfortable, clean, orderly, and safe environment.
- Involving patient/family in setting realistic, measurable outcomes.
- Providing services under the written order of the physician and as designated by the individual treatment plan.
- Ensuring that all relevant organization policies, procedures, and practices continually meet regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards concerning storage, dispensing, administration, and disposal of medications.
- Accurately prepare the medication administration record for each patient and daily monitoring and update as required due to medication changes.
- Reviewing and monitoring patients physical and medical needs and services.
- Providing all required documentation including, but not limited to, written assessments, progress summaries, and input into individual treatment plans.
- Completing daily vitals for all patients.
- Meeting with patients daily to ensure all medical needs are being addressed.
- Providing ongoing development and refinement of agency health services to meet the needs of patients.
- Attending admission meetings and completing assessments as directed.
Candidates must possess a degree in Nursing from an accredited school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Current West Virginia RN license is required.
Six months to one year of related experience is preferred.
