We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. This role involves interacting with guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
## Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
- Occasional scheduled for the second shift when schedule changes are required.
