Job Purpose

The Senior Product Manager of Technology Solutions owns the product roadmap and drives the vision for Televerde’s Technology Solutions including our in-house solutions, as well as externally facing tools and integration capabilities. S/he is responsible for assessing ideas by validating requirements with the market, developing business cases to understand ROI/revenue potential, and writing market and functional requirements. The Sr Product Manager directly manages the Product Owner and works with the Product Owner and the Development team to implement the product roadmap. The successful candidate will have both technical and business acumen as well as strong leadership, communication and analytical skills

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Owns product roadmap and vision for Televerde’s internal and external technology solutions including Connectors, customer dashboards (My Account), and internal tools (TrueTouch, MDM)
Develops business cases to ensure new ideas and enhancements will meet market needs and drive revenue and/or efficiencies for Televerde
Monitors market landscape and trends to ensure product vision meets the needs of the changing marketplace and is competitive in the marketplace
Engages with strategic partners to execute on joint product initiatives
Manages and develops the Product Owner.
Partners closely with the Development team to implement the product roadmap
Research emerging tools to identify partnership opportunities
Speaks with customers and the market to validate requirements and strategy, as well as willingness to pay
Owns go-to-market strategy including product positioning, messaging, pricing, sales enablement process and more

Education and Experience

BA/BS required; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management with marketing technology or information services company
Minimum 1 year working as a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum development environment
Pragmatic Marketing or other product management training is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Superb time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Technical understanding of CRM or marketing automation software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills; comfortable making presentations to senior executives and/or customers as needed
Effective leading cross-functional teams and excellent collaborator
Passion for excellence and desire to have a significant impact on the business
Highly self-motivated
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task on multiple projects and drive them to completion
