5 Years Experience Required - BruckEdwards, Inc. seeks a IT Healthcare Analyst to join our team of IT professionals supporting an IT initiative for the Federal government. The primary place of performance will be at our corporate office located in Herndon, Virginia. This position is for full-time employment including a comprehensive benefits package.

Role Description:

Support an IT initiative to conduct a feasibility assessment for HRSA in support of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP). The purpose of this initiative is to determine the potential uptake for RWHAP grant recipients and subrecipients if all CAREWare installations transitioned were managed onto a cloud-base and run as a centrally hosted, subscription SaaS product.

Key responsibilities:

Perform a variety of healthcare research and consulting tasks. Support in the collection, review, and analysis of healthcare data using standard practices and techniques in the fields of specialization. Apply sound quantitative or qualitative analysis techniques and methods to determine business requirements and cost benefits. Develop findings reports and assist with the drafting of project deliverables.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience with research and qualitative analysis.
  • Experience with preparing reports and presentations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and CAREWare software.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Services Reporting and AIDS Drug Assistance Program Data Reporting.
  • Understanding or familiarity of HL7 standards is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field
  • Years of Experience - 5 years related healthcare analyst experience
