As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the sale of Xpressdocs solutions. In this role, you will sell and support our products and services, and train, develop and maintain accounts and customer databases. You will achieve and maintain an expert level of understanding on the Xpressdocs System including all functionality, general and client specific programs, pricing, and products. As a subject matter expert, you will analyze and determine the needs of our customers in order to recommend and execute implementation strategies. You must be able to effectively document, organize, and communicate client needs and expectations to facilitate the team’s ability to successfully formulate detailed project plans. As the Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships and respond to customer inquiries with expediency to ensure satisfaction. Minimum 5+ years experience in similar environment
