We have the potential to have dining for up to 150 guests in our tasting room. We are looking for the right person to help our Chef take our kitchen to the next level. There is potential for growth and forward momentum in our kitchen. Candidate will be responsible for working closely with our executive chef to prepare menu items as ordered in a restaurant setting and aid him in preparing catered meals and plates wine paired dinners.   • Elegant Plating
  • Catering
  • General Kitchen Upkeep
  • General Opening/Closing Procedures (i.e. cleaning, wrapping, storing prepared/raw food)


  • General Workplace Cleanliness
  • General Food Knowledge
  • Basic Cooking Knowledge
  • Stock Rotation Experience
  • 1 Year Line Cook Experience Preferred (minimum 6 months)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to work weekends/holidays
  • Reliable Personal Transportation
  • Serve Safe preferred but not required
  • Attention to Detail a MUST
  • A Passion for Preparing Exquisite Dishes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14.00 /hour
