Summary of Position:

We are building our Account Executive Team and seek disciplined Hunters. You will be focused on selling to, and managing the entire sales cycle for, new SMB and Enterprise sized accounts.

You’ll bring your previous experience in deploying a C-suite approach to prospecting, understanding and communicating effectively to all influences/personas in the buying cycle, and closing new business. You should also have demonstrated experience in meeting revenue quotas and metrics. We will invest in you to develop as a world-class selling professional and will provide solution training, coaching to optimize your skills, and collaboration on selling strategies.


  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Research and build a prospect list, and responsively responding to leads.
  • Manage pipeline and sales cycles with velocity.
  • Record all account activity and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Solicit customer feedback on new product or service features, and both current and future needs.
  • Stay current on competitive landscape and technology trends.
  • (Desired) Demonstrate knowledge in conferencing & collaboration or telecommunication services


  • 2-5 Years B2B Sales Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient and disciplined use of a CRM (we use Hub Spot)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • A positive professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow as a professional
