High School Diploma or GED equivalency or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience working in a customer service call center, command center, Security Operations Center, or police dispatch center.
1 year of experience working with a badging or CCTV video system.
Knowledge of pronunciation rules and natural language processing.
Ability to speak in more than one language.
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, periodic overtime and unscheduled shifts as the schedule will rotate and may change.

You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
Monitor and investigate alarms through an enterprise alarm monitoring system. Use surveillance systems, critical decision making, and experience to investigate and address every security event/alarm.
Create detailed reports of incidents using internal incident management reporting system.
Use CCTV to obtain a better understanding of a situation and document events to assist with investigations regarding possible theft, unwanted personnel, or vandalism.
Participate in field phone calls, chat requests, or other requests ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Monitor all radio traffic and dispatches/tracks field security units using Google products and radio systems. Work on shift-based schedules.
