ATI Corporate is seeking a Senior Process Leader, Finance - Financial Planning to join our team. If you are looking for an opportunity to support a growing, world-class manufacturing company with multiple manufacturing operations, then this position is for you!

This position is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Corporate Hyperion Planning environment. This role will be responsible for writing and generating reports in Hyperion Financial Reporting and Essbase to support Financial Planning. This role requires an understanding of standard accounting practices along with financial reporting systems and databases.

Essential Functions:
Ownership and development of the Corporate Hyperion Financial Reporting application
Establishing and maintaining business requirements for Hyperion Planning applications
Responsible for enhancements of Hyperion Financial Reporting, Hyperion Planning and Essbase application
General systems administration (outlines, calc scripts, business rules, security, etc.).
Support maintenance and creation of new reports using Financial Reporting (FR) and Smartview
Generate and automate standardize reporting to support the forecast, business plan and strategic plan process
Training new and existing users in functionality and tools of Hyperion
Evaluate and determine system and process options for meeting business requirements
Enhancing user tools for the Hyperion Application (continuing to improve the process, forms, reporting tools, etc.)
Metadata cleanup and management
Implementing process improvements

Four Year Degree, Finance or Business, MBA a plus but not required.
5+ years of total experience in accounting/finance, with minimum 3 years of Hyperion Administration.
Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Technical knowledge of Hyperion Financial Reporting, Hyperion Planning and Essbase
Functional knowledge of query tools and databases.
Experience using an integrated ERP system.
Exposure to Infor is a plus, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to design and implement process improvements.
Ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
