Centauri seeks an experienced, energetic, and results-oriented Corporate Recruiter to identify, engage, screen, interview, and hire highly-qualified candidates to support local and national recruiting efforts. The Corporate Recruiter will source, attract, and retain talent while serving as the first point of contact connecting candidates with Centauri and representing the Centauri brand. The Corporate Recruiter will bring a proactive and creative recruiting approach to develop candidate pipelines through multiple channels and will collaborate with the Human Capital Management team and internal stakeholders to provide candidates with a differentiated and best-in-class candidate experience. Additionally, the Corporate Recruiter will research new ideas and tools to support innovative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates and will remain current with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage with talent acquisition. This full-tome role will work onsite at our Scottsdale headquarters.


  • Develop a pool of potential candidates through sourcing, advertising, and other creative means.
  • Recruit qualified candidates through resume screening, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed and other sources.
  • Review internal and external candidate resumes assessing fit.
  • Interview viable candidates, provide candidate assessments, and recommend candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
  • Coordinate interviews, solicit feedback and conduct reference checks.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Team and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and execute recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing.
  • Manage internal and external postings, applicants and process utilizing Applicant Tracking System.
  • Provide administrative and tactical support to the Recruiting Director.
  • Partner with vendors to source qualified candidates in a cost-effective manner.
  • Fully leverage various web-based recruiting tools.
  • Stay abreast of current recruiting trends and tools.
  • Maintain detailed records tracking daily activity and generate recruiting reports.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Extensive ATS experience.
  • Recent experience with job postings and mining resumes from CareerBuilder, Indeed and other job boards.
  • Ability to multi task, handle competing priorities and effortlessly navigate change
  • Strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to engage all types of candidates over the phone, via email and in person.
  • Strong project management, organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, present new ideas and deliver results.
  • Customer service focus and high level of integrity.
  • Executive presence with the confidence and experience to work and partner with senior leaders.
  • Technology savvy, strong work ethic and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Pay strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and have exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience within the healthcare industry highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
