We are looking for a top-performing, people focused Human Resources Strategic Partner to collaborate with our Senior Manager of Human Resources to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. What you get to do
Build the strategic partner relationship with management and staff; develop a solid understanding of their global business operations, goals, and challenges; anticipate, evaluate and help them address systemic issues. You will serve as their point of contact and strategic partner
Partner with HR Leadership and through client groups, drive the execution of all components of the employee lifecycle from goal setting, performance management, merit and bonus planning, promotions and internal movements to exits, with a constant focus on building a high-performing culture of growth and development through effective leadership, communication and feedback
Partner with our Recruiting team to support the drive for top talent while implementing systematic methodologies for Compensation, Organizational Development, and Change Management. Although we value standardization, flexibility and openness to new ideas is just as important. We always want to improve the process
Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees (including growth and development plans, top talent programs, organizational change, design and employee communications)
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; advancing to HR Leadership as needed/required. Your general HR knowledge is critical for success in this role
What about you? You are:
HR business partner or generalist experience supporting senior leaders
Analytical, with a passion for using data to drive strategic decisions
Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions. You will be involved in all aspects of our HR department's growth!
Remarkable instincts around human capital tied to business outcomes. We need someone who understands business practices
The desire to challenge the organizational structure and approach by proposing improvements to organization design, job profiles and compensation structures
