PRIDE Learning Co. is now hiring a (Junior) Recruiting Coordinator.

We are a fast-paced tutoring company that provides 1:1 in-home reading and comprehension services to students with learning differences throughout the United States.

We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to help us meet the high demands for our services throughout Northern and Southern California. Looking for someone Monday - Friday 25-30 hours a week with potential for full time employment.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to fill immediate staffing needs
  • Get trained on PRIDE's overall recruiting strategy
  • Write and maintain job posts on a variety of different platforms
  • Evaluate and Screen candidates profiles and resumes
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Schedule and conduct Interviews with applicants via Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangouts
  • Conduct background checks on qualified candidates
  • Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
  • Prepare and maintain employment records

Job Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Some first exposure of recruiting, face to face interviewing and hiring experience a plus
  • Computer proficiency
  • Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong Team Player

  • Detailed oriented
