As a Recruiter, you will be able to work with existing clients immediately. We will provide you with some of the most leading edge tools in our industry that will help you become successful. You will be tasked with building a network and become an expert in a specialty market. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying, interviewing, referencing, and representing talented professionals. You will also make professional connections with some of the top companies in the country and represent their high growth career opportunities to your professional network of candidates.
No prior experience in recruiting is necessary; we provide extensive training of all new employees.
