Security company seeking a full time Executive Assistant, to provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Supporting meetings, including note taking, intuiting next steps and anticipating needs
Be the main point of contact between the GM and company employees/clients and manage information flow
Ability to take direction, research projects, and work independently.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintaining a highly efficient filing and retrieval system
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
The ability to think strategically and work independently
Performs administrative duties and supports day to day operations for the GM.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels

Ability to demonstrate sound judgement by making appropriate decisions and knowing when to take incentive, and when to elevate problems

Requirements / Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in executive administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must have the ability to travel to NYC occasionally when necessary
Takes personal responsibility
Attention to detail and willingness to handle responsibilities regardless how big or small
