Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Supervise and train employees on company policies and procedures
- Assist in employee orientation and onboarding process
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
Skills:
- Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in supervising employees and delegating tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Bilingual (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers and team members
- Knowledge of wireless sales (preferred)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
