Job Description
As a Front End Developer, you are vitally important to the design and functionality of our proprietary software, RED. This individual is focused on the overall look of the user interface and know exactly how the program is laid out. This role is most concerned with the flow of the technology, ensuring that there are no stumbling blocks. This person strives for perfection and understands continuous improvement processes.

Role Competencies
Has the ability to prioritize multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Develops strategy to meet user requirements, in collaboration with the IT team
Creates design experiences that are simple, intuitive, uniformly branded, and aesthetically pleasing
Illustrates design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Designs graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets
Role Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Interactive Design, Visual Design, Information Systems, Informatics, or a related technology field
2+ years of experience building innovative web applications and dashboards using Javascript, .NET and C#
Knowledge of CSS/CSS3 - know what works in specific browsers
Experience working in front end development tools (npm, grunt, browserify, etc.)
Experience working with data-driven web applications (JSON, RESTful services, etc.)
Experience working with git
Experience with responsive design frameworks, preferably Twitter Bootstrap
Familiar with SCRUM and Agile methodologies
Javascript MV* framework experience (Angular, ReactJS, Node, Ember.js, Vue.jc, etc.)
