Job Title: Senior Application Developer
Location: Parsippany, NJ
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Application Developer at our Parsippany, NJ location. Responsibilities: Participate in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology (IT) solutions consistent with business objectives. Develop and review requirements, create design documents, write programs, and deploy software. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement. Build core frameworks of metadata-driven platforms, including building ADP's Source Control Management piece, to provide isolated development environments to developers. Deliver innovative solutions to drive next generation user experiences, designs, and technologies. Ensure successful transition to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) frameworks. Spearhead Proof of Concept (POC) on emerging technologies and assist in selecting project tools.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience.
