We are looking for a Professional Mechanic in the Automotive Service Industry. We are looking for a high producing, self motivated, high energy person that enjoys working in a high producing environment with many hours per day standing and walking around. Confidently inspect, diagnose and find solutions for customers and get along with co-workers. The job requires 9-10 hour work days, 5 days a week including Saturdays.
We do NOT pay on Flat Rate. We have a hybrid pay approach that promotes team work and less stress to our mechanics.

What you’ll do as an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic):
- Diagnose and troubleshoot accurately
- Repair vehicles with mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders
- Report to supervisors regarding workflow
- Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations
- Perform Multi Point Inspections on every vehicle; immediately notify Service Advisor if the car has additional recommendations or if more time is needed to complete the repair
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 3 + years of automotive technician (mechanic) experience
- You are accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work
- ASE or dealership certifications to describe your background or relevant on job experience
- Accuracy on your work
- Excellent dexterity skills as well as patience, creativity, good judgment, and an eye for detail
- You are unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work and sustain a positive and optimistic attitude
- Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
- Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information, electronic and paper-based in English
- A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
