The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning assigned rooms, floors, and other areas in KJK Cleaner buildings according to cleaning procedures and customer requirements. The Cleaner will be responsible for the cleanliness of all areas in the building according to established cleaning procedures and procedures for safety and quality control. The Cleaner will be expected to perform all tasks in accordance with company policies, state and federal laws, and company procedures.
Duties:
- Clean Rooms according to established procedures and requirements: Empty trash, dust furniture, clean appliances, vacuum floors, clean mirrors, empty waste bin, clean toilets, dust furniture, etc.
Clean Floors according to established procedures and requirements: Vacuum floors, clean mirrors, empty waste bin, dust furniture, etc.Clean Bathrooms according to established procedures and requirements: Empty trash, wash fixtures, vacuum bathtubs or showers, clean mirrors, empty waste bin, dust furniture etc.Clean throughout entire building: Wipe windows, wipe glass doors & mirrors, clean windows & ceiling fans etc.Cleaning assigned areas: Wipe walls & bathrooms according to established procedures & requirements. Clean counters & counters top & floorboards according to state & federal regulations. Clean rooms for conferences or meetings according to state & federal guidelines. Spot spot stains or dirt on carpets or upholstered furniture and dispose of them accordingly by disposing of the used stains or dirt as instructed by state & federal guidelines.
