ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is instrumental to the direct growth of the company. Covering your local area with the ability to expand as you wish , you'll recruit high-producing real estate agents to join the teams of partner agents.

Our hiring managers see us as hiring experts and partner closely with us to scale the company with the right talent in the right roles.

As a full-cycle recruiter, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a candidate recruitment strategy. This includes advertising and passive candidate sourcing, acting as the gatekeeper to our culture and screening candidates thoroughly before passing them onto the next round, and creating a superb candidate experience that promotes our brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Qualify prospects and evaluate each agent’s skills, needs, and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team recruitment targets
  • Research agents and follow through on leads
  • Keep an up-to-date understanding of the state of the industry and market
  • Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
  • Maintain and expand your agent database

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Hold an active Real Estate License
  • Proven real estate agent network in the real estate industry
