Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Johnson City, NY is seeking full-time & part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) on evening and night shift.

Sign-on bonus for full-time LPN: $2,000 total paid over 6 months - $1000 paid at completion of 3 months and $1000 paid at completion of 6 months

Evening shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm, every other weekend, every other holiday

Night shift: 10:45pm - 7:15am, every other weekend, every other holiday

Job Requirements:

  • Must have New York State Practical Nurse license.
  • Prior long-term care experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Position requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and moving of over 50 pounds. The employee must walk, stoop, and kneel, reach and handle, talk and hear, and see and move intermittently during working hours.
  • A criminal background check, physical, and drug test will be conducted post-offer. Must be eligible to work in the US.
