Overview
Greenbox Loans Inc, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Coordinator / Processor to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will play a cruical role in the loan process. As a Loan Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth and efficient processing and closing of wholesale mortgage loans. You will be the liaison between the Account Executives, Loan Officers, and Underwriting Department.
Responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing mortgage documentation such as loan applications, title and escrow documents, and insurance policies. You will be calling our valued Broker partners to make sure they have clear understanding of all items needed to assure a smooth closing of their transaction. You will be updating our internal sales staff daily of your progress.
The ideal candidate is customer service focused, articulates well verbally and has good writing skills, is organized with strong attention to detail.
Previous knowledge or exposure to the mortgage industry is a plus.
