Reputation.com is looking to dramatically increase investments in Strategic Events to boost brand visibility, extend our leadership in top verticals and generate major pipeline contribution and deal acceleration. The Events Director will own 2019 and beyond events strategy, plan and execution. You will build and lead your team of three events managers. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help establish a presence at industry trade shows, strategic partner events as well as own the organization of our annual user conference and city tours. You will oversee management of events from concept to completion. You will track and measure events performance to deliver pipeline and revenue goals.
Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine events strategy and plan across top verticals, in alignment with business objectives.
Create organized and comprehensive project management plans with event specifics, timeline and plan for execution.
Drive strategy and execution of our user conference Transform in May.
Communicate and collaborate closely with sales to ensure focus on events preparation, highest standard of execution on-site, and successful business outcomes (ROI).
Manage the brand presence both in promotions and onsite at the highest standard; messaging, design, signage, collateral, etc. as well as leverage web, social, email, and print - to reach the right audience and amplify everything we do.
Own event follow-up in collaboration with Sales.
Track and communicate events performance against funnel, pipeline and revenue goals.
Plan and organize events for the field (local and regional), C-Level dinners, Lunch & Learns, etc.
Manage vendor partnerships, budgets, order services, create timelines and deadlines.
Build, lead, develop and mentor a team of three events managers.
Experience generating amazing business results through events.
Strong go-getter personality.
Outstanding organizational skills, ability to follow through, and capable of meeting deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities in a very fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders involved.
