Assists Project Managers and GM with procurement, purchasing, billings, job costs, and month end reporting approval and expediting related to HVAC & plumbing equipment and fixtures for construction projects.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Reviews specifications with Project Manager and completes the Buy-Out log information sheet. Gathers pricing for initial buyout of HVAC, plumbing equipment, and fixtures for construction projects, reviews final buy numbers and scope with Project Manager for purchase.
Issues purchase orders for HVAC and Plumbing fixtures & equipment
Create project folders Maintains an up dated Expedition project file for each project.
Processes and commits all Purchase Orders approved by Project Manager
Completes a buyout log showing estimated and buyout values.
Keeps Project Manager fully informed about equipment/fixture deliveries to job site.
Informs Project Manager immediately of any procurement or equipment/fixture delivery problems.
Maintains equipment log
Processes billings received from the PMs
Opens project work orders and job numbers
Issues subcontracts after reviewed by PM
Assists with adding new vendors and clients in our system
Ability to read plans
Attention to detail
Microsoft a pplication k nowledge and very proficient at software.
Ability to work with Team and Individually
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Technical Knowledge
HVAC and Plumbing Piping
Knowledge of Construction Industry
Bachelor or Associate Degree
