Emerge is a privately owned and operated mental health practice in Denver, CO focused on providing extraordinary care to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. The Emerge clinical team provides a diverse array of therapeutic and forensic services to our community.

Our president, who is also a practicing Clinical Psychologist and Pediatric Neuropsychologist, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team andprovide exemplary administrative and clerical assistance to support her various roles within our growing company.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Upholding strict confidentiality
  • Produce excellent written communication
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Effectively and efficiently scheduling appointments and managing the President’s calendar
  • Providing administrative support including answering phones, managing email, faxing, scanning documents, filing, office organization, and delivering meals and beverages as needed
  • Effectively arranging travel for the President and relevant team members
  • Assisting in maintaining relevant credentialing, memberships, and licensure
  • Personal shopping as necessary
  • Maintaining a clean, well-kept, neat, and organized office for the President
  • Arranging and executing event planning including invitations, RSVP management, food, drinks, activities, and décor within specified budget
  • Coordinating video and audio conference calls as needed


  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • 2 years experience required
  • Exemplary skill with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and willingness to learn and master relevant clinical and billing software
  • Applicants must pass a national and local background check

Approximate Salary Range: $40,000-50,000 / year
