At our Phoenix, AZ location, the Solder Technician 1st Shift is responsible for soldering thru-hole and surface mount components onto printed circuit boards, adding wires and other edits utilizing the provided documentation, touching up components that do not meet IPC specifications. Looking for full-time candidates with great attitudes and work ethic. Previous experience with Class 3 projects preferable. This is a direct hire from the company, not contract or temp to hire.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Ability to follow work instructions, both written and verbal
- Review and complete all necessary documentation for each project
- Thorough attention to detail
- Familiarity with IPC standards
- First shift hours are 6:00 am-2:30 pm or 4:30 pm during OT.
Some Saturdays required.
