We’re looking for a flexible, tech-savvy Senior Recruiter. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll work alongside a small team to source, evaluate, and hire the best industry leaders in engineering, data science, design, sales, strategy and marketing. We prefer someone to sit in our Austin or Dallas office.

What you’ll do:
Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical roles
Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
Provide top notch candidate experience
Help fill the highest priority positions as efficiently as possible
Influence senior leaders and act as a strategic talent acquisition partner

5+ years of recruiting experience ideally both agency and corporate.
Experience recruiting for a wide array of technical and non-technical, including specialized and niche positions
Demonstrated ability influencing senior leaders
Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently
Well networked with a deep talent network of diverse talent

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate
Experience working for a small company or start-up
A love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scale
Strong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize competing priorities
