Administrative Rental Professional

Local Real Estate and Rental office looking for the right candidate to handle rentals with current and prospective tenants with great customer service, marketing and sales skills.

Full-time position available.

9 :00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

9 :00AM to 1:00PM, the 1st Saturday of each month .

Job Description and Responsibilities General Office Duties :
Answer phones and address or otherwise direct caller requests in a timely fashion
Greet and assist customers and tenants.
Assist with application verification for potential tenants .
Handle and send general correspondence.
Assist in property turnover requirements .
Run general errands to drop off or pick up items or documents as needed .
Assist Property Manager with preparing documents.
Exercise appropriate use of office computer, software programs , and internet sites.

Advertising & Promotion Duties :
1. Accurately maintain and update property listings on the company website and other real estate websites .

2. Assist in showing propenies and conducting inspections .

Photograph properties for listings .
Update the company social media sites.
