Alta Resources is looking for full- and part-time Customer Service Representatives to provide professional, high-quality customer service.

What You’ll Do:
When you work at Alta Resources as a Customer Service Rep, you will listen to, talk with and problem solve issues our clients’ customers may have. Duties include:

- Working with phone calls, email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our clients’ customers.
- Helping facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues.
- Providing product support.
- Providing solutions, recommendations and product information.
- Strong desire and passion to help and serve others.
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, consumers and coworkers.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
Additional Job Information
- Hours of Operation: between 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Starting Pay: $13/hr, more with experience, English/Spanish or English/French bilingual abilities
