Celebrating 75 years of faith based care and residences, Jennings offers life as it should be for older adults and their families. We are looking for a kind and compassionate part-time Receptionist with flexibilty to share a full-time position.
Greet all persons in a professional, friendly and welcoming manner. Monitor front entrance, screening visitors before granting entry into the building.
Direct and assist residents, visitors, staff, guests, and vendors
Assess callers' needs promptly, politely and attentively, leaving callers with a positive impression
Handle room, special event and guest meal reservations, including handling cash and completing set-up forms
Sort incoming and post outgoing mail
Provide assistance with special projects and administrative support as needed
Conduct training and oversee workflow for receptionist team
Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Ability to stay organized, prioritize and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner in a busy, heavy traffic environment
