Join the Clearwater Missiles systems engineering team and get involved in exciting new product development and production program support for inertial measurement and navigation/GPS systems. You will be interfacing primarily with military customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer deliveries are met. You will contribute to projects in various stages of development, working with the engineering teams. Tasks include: technical problem solving, customer interactions, systems design and performance analysis, software and hardware integration, product level test/analysis, systems requirements definition and management, systems development planning and scheduling, proposal and cost study support, technical documentation and presentations, production support, and participation in cost reduction initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline
Five plus years systems engineering experience
BS Engineering – Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Software preferred
Experience related to Matlab, Simulink, C++
Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Solid interpersonal skills and strong team player who interacts well with cross-functional teams
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Results driven and detailed oriented who proactively anticipates the different concerns/factors of problems to find and implement sound technical solutions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated to grow their technical and program skills
