Finance Coordinator reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for the processing and distribution of financial documents as well as financial reporting and analysis.

Thorough Management of new hire process in miltiple systems including payroll software system.
File management of exiting employees.
Process overtime reports including reconciliations.
Process changes to employee files.
Assist with employment verifications.
Benefits reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance or Accounting is required. Such knowledge is required to assist in preparation, implementation, and monitoring of operating budgets.
Position requires at least (2) two years of accounting/finance experience.
Work requires comprehensive understanding of Finance and high attention to detail.
Work requires advanced accounting and or finance skills. Requires strong analytical and computation skills.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communications skills and analytical ability to manipulate data.
