What You’ll Get to Do:
Support for product manager to make Promotional Plans/Marketing activities
Based on market conditions, prepare detailed marketing plans for key product including promotional budget planning, analysis, materials and media, and public relations. Coordinate closely with all sales groups.
Project management assistance (documentation of the process & business flow)
Communication with 3rd party partners, Specific promotion activities, Develop new business partners
Communicate directly with personnel from associated manufacturing divisions to provide information on product performance, market acceptance, new specifications and features, and new technological developments to assist in new product design. Coordinate new product introductions with all sales groups.
PSI Control support
Work with all sales groups to coordinate and manage PSI input. Keep ending inventory levels and turnover days within Business Plan target levels. Make a forecast of Gross Profit and check individual product cost situation in a category PL to hit Business plan of profit

What You’ll Bring:
Education & Experience:
Undergraduate: Sophomore, Junior or Senior (Rutgers, Montclair, Seton Hall, Steven's Tech, NJIT, St Peter's, William Peterson, FDU, NYU, Columbia, Baruch, Cooper Union, Fordham)
Major in marketing, business, graphic design or communications helpful, but not required.
Know How: Functional ability to operate PC platform is mandatory to accomplish specific duties listed above including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Marketo are a plus.

Problem Solving:
Excellent judgment and able to work in a challenging matrix management environment.

Strong written and oral communication capabilities are required.
Project management skills are a plus.
Ability to professionally communicate with key internal/external contacts.

Other Requirements:
Flexible days and hours – ability to create your own schedule and adjust based on classes and workload. On average around 15-20 hours/week.
