This team engages with nursing talent at several stages of the recruitment process to ensure that every nursing applicant we receive has the best possible experience with UPMC! As a member of this team, you'll spend your days reaching out to our nursing candidates, learning about their career goals and experience, and helping them find their nursing career at UPMC! You'll partner closely with all of the recruiters on our nursing recruitment team and will constantly be learning about new and exciting opportunities and specialties at UPMC!

Responsibilities
Provide a top notch customer service experience to nursing applicants, serving as a concierge to help guide them to their next step at UPMC
Review and evaluate nursing candidate applications and/or resume in terms of related experience, education and skill
Conduct phone interviews for internal and external nursing applicants
Realistically describe to nursing applicants the responsibilities of any appropriate position
Submit nursing applicants to the appropriate position based upon experience, education, skill and interest
Represent UPMC at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, UPMC sponsored events, etc.), provide the public with information about UPMC and career opportunities
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Two years of recruitment related experience required
Proficiency with recruitment related software and database mining required Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
