Job Description:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our fulfillment center, including picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as managing inventory and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and managing inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Shipping: Prepare shipments by labeling, sorting, and arranging packages for delivery.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet company standards before shipping.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including discrepancies and returns.
- Safety: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
