CONTACT CENTER TRAINING SPECIALIST

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- On-the-job training for new hire Contact Center Bankers to provide outstanding customer service through Interactive Banking Machines (video teller machines)
- On-the-job training for new hire Contact Center Bankers to provide outstanding customer service through our Call Center receiving incoming calls, video interactions, and online chat
- Effectively demonstrating a “day in the life” of a Contact Center Banker – training will encompass all aspects of the role, including operations tasks, transactions, policies and procedures and customer service expectations
- Working as a Contact Center Banker during periods where the department does not have any training needs
Requirements for the position include:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service/chat support experience
- Strong computer skills
- The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
