We are seeking a Retail Store Opening & Rollout Manager with proven expertise in overseeing and managing the execution of new store openings and rollouts for retail chains. This role involves leading the entire process, from strategic planning to implementation, ensuring the successful launch of new stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale retail programs, coordinating infrastructure setup, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and strategize the end-to-end process of new store openings, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans for store rollouts, managing resources, budgets, and schedules to meet deadlines.
- Manage infrastructure setup, including IT, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring all elements are in place for store readiness.
- Oversee store opening programs, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution, while effectively communicating with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing retail store openings, rollouts, or related large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex programs.
- Expertise in infrastructure planning and execution for retail environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
