SAIC is seeking a Logistics Manager for the Engineering, Development, Integration, and Sustainment (EDIS) program. This position will support the Space and Missile Systems Center Advanced Systems & Development Directorate (SMC/ AD) to develop, deploy, modernize, and expand the EDIS program and its customers. This position is located in Albuquerque, NM.
Key responsibilities are:
Develop organizational and individual training plans and coordinate the logistics and operations required to support special programs in support of workforce development.
Assess individual and organization training needs, semi-annually, by implementing assessment surveys and report these needs to the Program Manager.
Develop databases to track all training completed.
Monitor the completion of computer-based training and attendance of Instructor-led training.
Provide administrative and technical support for organizational training readiness issues.
Perform daily administrative support functions and establish and maintain training records in accordance with applicable guidance.
An active Secret security clearance
B.S. degree and 6 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree
