Provide analytics, trend reporting and management reports for the various business units within Empire. Implement, administer and maintain opportunity models, equipment population, client relationship management system and multiple CAT business systems as required. Provide market research and campaign metric tracking with a wide range of administrative support, research and analysis. Support account and client creation, management, maintenance and validation. Provide campaign and sales lead management analysis and reporting thru use of various systems. Research, visualize and present analysis to management team.
Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of Dealer Business System, CAT Sales and Operations, Product Support Opportunity Systems, Customer Relationship Database (CRM) and other various systems utilized by Empire’s business units.
Research, extract, verify, analyze, and produce data relating to Empire’s various business units and departments. Provide and present necessary analysis, trending and forecasting as needed, Create data visualizations, reports and presentations.
Verify client and sales data provided by CAT and supply CAT with data, sales volume and transactional data as requested.
Extract necessary data and determine target audience lists for on line marketing or client events.
Provide analysis on equipment population and associated transactions, work with business units to maintain accurate machine population within our database.
Manage CRM System functionality and provide data reporting, territory analysis and training as requested by operational area.
Update and maintain client information and serve as the support for all reporting, additions, deletions and changes to these files. Conduct regular client database baseline and trending activities identifying client behaviors and marketing campaign correlation.
Provide consistent, accurate, and timely reporting in support of the various Empire departments. Extract, format and present monthly, quarterly and annual business reports as directed.
Implement and manage data integrity initiatives to identify needed improvements to existing client data and to verify accurate entry of current information.
Provide lead qualification for specific campaigns. Measure effectiveness of campaigns through metric tracking and utilize CRM to pass leads to sales.
Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Establish and maintain data guidelines and key system requirements for data be entered into the Empire client and machine population database.
Validate accuracy of information uploaded into data systems.
Act as point person to resolve data conflicts that exist between various applications and work with departments to implement proper processes to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Adhere to and maintain incoming data to format standards. Advise on trends in changing data that strays from established standards and work with all areas of Empire to maintain compliance to standards.
Understand client baseline behaviors through data analysis and communicate trending changes regularly.
Support all areas of Empire with data extraction needs pertaining to client information (mail lists, client lists, machines, sales territory, service opportunity, etc.)
Train other individuals to extract client information as workload dictates in accordance with Empire’s data security parameters.
Make any necessary changes to the process and/or the data to support data cleanliness.
Use client information to support Empire’s current and future CRM strategies.
Work within and promote corporate values.
Additional Level Requirements
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Preferred knowledge or experience with data analysis and visualization tools – Tableau or Power BI.
Advanced data systems skills for data extraction, manipulation and advanced analysis.
Must be competent at identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Must have sufficient knowledge related to Empire data structure, content, processes and systems.
Must be detail oriented and skilled in constructing and analyzing financial data and forecasting from multiple data sources.
Must be able to develop guidebook for multiple users on data analysis tracking and process.
Must have general business acumen that provides the ability to analyze and solve complex business issues.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively with minimal supervision.
Must be a self-motivated self-starter, work well in groups and demonstrate excellent internal client service.
Must have knowledge and experience in process improvement methodologies and/or project management.
Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies and use of all required safety equipment.
Must have acceptable attendance to meet all company standards and requirements.
Familiarity with market segmentation, market analysis, target selection, client segmentation, predictive modeling, return on investment, and strategic analysis.
Ability to maintain consistent attendance.
Education and Experience:
Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
College degree in related business, analytics or statistical studies.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field or equivalent technical background.
Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
