You’ll make an impact by:
Contributing to cross-firm projects including diversity, well-being, mobility and reskilling programs
Working with HR Market Leaders on strategic initiatives, leveraging the scale of the firm to deliver a market-based people agenda
Shaping and developing efforts to create HR community across all LOBs in the market
Day to Day responsibilities:
Lead project prioritization processes for HR, linking to business and location strategies
Develop, monitor and maintain the Columbus HR Market book of work
Review, evaluate and support project plans and objectives including tracking budgets and plans
Collaborate with executives on a variety of leadership teams on behalf of the HR market leader
Creation of executive level presentations and program dashboards
Develop and deliver senior management reporting; standard and adhoc as needed
Perform analysis using data and feedback from a variety of sources; work closely with other analytic teams to further project scope and outcomes
Plan and coordinate meeting logistics and executing large and small internal events
Manage issues and decisions in a timely manner; escalate as appropriate
Key skills and qualities:
Minimum of 2 years business experience, preferably in HR and/or PMO
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Exceptional critical thinking, ideation and problem solving abilities, sound judgment with sensitive situations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
Strong process, project and budget management skills
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Attention to detail and strong follow up skills
Must be highly motivated, results-oriented and client-focused
