Are you a customer service professional who is interesting in starting a career with a stable and respected HVAC company? Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating is looking to hire a full-time Client Service Representative in the Redlands, CA area to join our office team. This position starts at $12+/hr, depending on experience, speed, and accuracy. This position is also eligible for health care benefits and vacation/holiday pay.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Client Service Rep, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and process invoices.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping everything up-to-date and accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer service experience
Multi-phone experience
Scheduling skills
Competence in Microsoft Office
Any experience in the HVAC industry would be a plus but is not required. Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you service-oriented? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you organized and detail-oriented? If so, then you might just be perfect for this position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, 8am-5pm, M-F position.
