Basic Functions:
The Digital Marketing Manager will guide and support the digital strategy for SSC, manage our social media platform, e-commerce efforts, websites, and demand generation programs. These areas of focus provide a great opportunity to generate positive customer engagements every day through planning, design, implementation, measurement and reporting around SSC s digital platform that educate our customers, bind their product and service preferences while generating revenue for the business. You will be engaged with our marketing team, sales team, regulatory, IT, external business partners, and the executive team while leading our digital initiatives.

Overall Responsibilities:
Lead the development, execution and optimization of SSC digital initiatives, including display advertising, mobile, native, SEO and SEM efforts
Manage SSC s marketing engagement on amazon.com and through other ecommerce channels
Manage and create content while optimizing for SEO/SEM and use analytic tools for all SSC digital marketing initiatives including all SSC websites, social media sites, microsites
Create and manage, email marketing campaigns, manage lists, permissions while testing and optimizing such campaigns
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing online events e.g. Training Webinars
Develop and write digital content and plan/publish content editorial calendar
Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is high quality, cost-effective and complies with both internal and external policy

Engage SSC distributor partners with digital co-marketing plans and support as part of our growth initiatives

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree Marketing, Communications, or Customer Engagement field

Minimum 5 plus years of progressive digital marketing experience, including ecommerce experience and b2b marketing along with of project management experience working with external agencies for content development

Demonstrated ability to deliver digital driven marketing campaigns from strategy to execution

Fluent in using Google analytics, and other analytic tools for decision making and optimization of digital campaigns

Strong digital design, content marketing, copywriting and communication skills required

Proven success in translating customer clinical requirements and insights into digital campaigns

Proven project management skills

Experience with website software applications for advanced, and digital marketing software tools:

Depth of knowledge with inbound/outbound marketing principles

Experience website management via HTML and Content Management Systems

Experience with user design, graphic design, responsive and mobile design, and other customer interface tools

Strong attention to detail, ability to present digital marketing plans and engage in conversations, receive feedback and implement plans with great speed and efficiency

Self-starting, entrepreneurial approach where resources and plans requires prioritization and regular updating to keep content fresh and engaging
