We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Accounts Payable Accounting Assistant in our Torrance and/or Riverside locations. Responsibilities include coding, inputting, and balancing Accounts Payable invoices and expense reports, filing, researching, payment posting and account analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years accounts payable experience, 10-key adding machine, type 40 wpm, basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software. Accuracy, flexibility, and strong work ethic.
SOFTWARE: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, AMS Sagitta, and UBOC for Expense Report Direct Deposit.
